Absolutely LOVE this app!!! Super user friendly and I love how many stores and restaurants are a part of this. It’s great you can get anything from groceries to food. I also love how it tells you how long delivery will be and the fees before you even select a store/restaurant. Everything is so customizable too. And, the delivery person communicates great! If there is any issue, it gets resolved ASAP. I would recommend this to everyone!!!

we have never had an issue using door dash. orders have always arrived in a timely fashion and in good condition. the only thing is sometimes things are a little cold and there are no condiments but I don’t think the condiments is a part of the dashers. also the other down fall is the menu prices are quite a bit more than if ordering in store and a lot doesn’t give you a choice to customize if you don’t like particular toppings on sandwiches, etc.

App has been great in the past. Ordered food today for the first time in a week and everything was good except after I confirmed the order. DD then glitched up and froze so much I couldn’t do anything inside or out of the app. I barely managed to contact DD and was sent a email of troubleshooting issues. I did each one. I had to turn my phone off completely to fix the issue (first tech rule). I also have a Samsung 22+, updated DD, the works. I told my driver and she says its been a issue.

Great and easy to use and great people. You have to instruct drivers not to leave your food on the doorstep in the instructions as they don’t pay attention to that request on the app. When the order is wrong they quickly fix the issue on the app. if you have to call it takes a while and they sometimes don’t speak good English. Overall this is a great app and easy to use I would definitely reccomended

It’s great, but sometimes the delivery fees and taxes are lower on other apps. Check multiple apps before you buy. Because on occasion there’ll be a company that charges a 6 dollar fee on this app, and less than a dollar on another. Of course you could pay a monthly fee for free delivery, but then you gotta commit to ordering enough food to make it worthwhile.
